Staff was amazing from start to finish; leasing agents were very flexible and accommodating with our move-in dates and always answered every question we had (there were a lot). Move-in went smoothly despite a few maintenance issues which were taken care of quickly and efficiently; maintenance is awesome and always lets you know when they're on their way over.

Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom, and a washer and dryer in the apartment is wonderful. The location is perfect. Rochester Club is close to everything and updated nicely. Maintenance responds quickly, although not always effectively. It is pricey, but you get the gym, pool and pool table, covered parking, in addition to a stellar location, so it's fair. The staff is nice and the grounds are clean. Maybe they'll make recycling available soon! That would be awesome!
