Testimonials

Would highly recommend this to potential tenants as the building is fantastic with pleasant staff in an excellent area.

Really good neighborhood, very calm and clean!
- Bella

Great living experience. Very quiet and comfortable. Although if you dont have a renovated apartment, there really isnt much of a laundry area. Other than that it is a peaceful area with friendly people. And a great area to raise kids.

The staff at RCA care. The newly renovated apartments are spacious and elegant. Everyone who visits us ask if there are vacancies. The neighbors are kind and we look out for one another. My family loves living here!
- April

I have had no issues living here, neighbors are great, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Aside from traffic great area to be in.

The maintenance crew at Rochester Club Apartments goes above and beyond to get the job done in a timely and proficient manner. The two bedroom, two full bathroom unit is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. It is a great community to live in.

I love living here! The move in process went smoothly, the staff is very friendly, and the neighbors I have met so far are very nice. I feel safe living here and enjoy being close to downtown.

I moved in around the beginning of January. So far, the apartment has been amazing! Lots of great parking, noise is kept to a minimum, and staff is very friendly.

Staff is extremely helpful and the value is great

Staff was amazing from start to finish; leasing agents were very flexible and accommodating with our move-in dates and always answered every question we had (there were a lot). Move-in went smoothly despite a few maintenance issues which were taken care of quickly and efficiently; maintenance is awesome and always lets you know when they're on their way over.

My family has lived at Rochester Club Apartments for 2 1/2 years. The apartments are spacious and beautifully renovated. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom, and a washer and dryer in the apartment is wonderful. The location is perfect. The staff is easy to work with, but most of all the maintenance crew does an excellent job!

Rochester Club is close to everything and updated nicely. Maintenance responds quickly, although not always effectively. It is pricey, but you get the gym, pool and pool table, covered parking, in addition to a stellar location, so it's fair. The staff is nice and the grounds are clean. Maybe they'll make recycling available soon! That would be awesome!
- Amy

This has been a good place to live. In unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.

The apts are convenient to shopping and activities.

My family has lived at Rochester Club Apartments for 1 1/2 years. Our building is quiet and the neighbors look out for each other. Maintenance is excellent. I'm looking forward to having 24/7 access to the fitness center. The staff is always eager to please residents, and everyone is nice. The newly renovated apartments are modern and sleek. This is a great place to live.

We just moved in about a month ago and we have had nothing but immediate responses from the staff here. They are very friendly and understanding. The inside of the apartment is exactly as we expected, beautiful. I would live here another year if we dont end up finding another place once our lease is up next year.
